Hi,
I've been reading alot about burying vines & female flowers. Just
wondering if there is a picture of a female flower somewhere. I don't
have any open flowers yet, but I have some forming. Hope this isn't too
dumb of a question but can you tell what the flower is going to be
before it opens? I'm confused on this. Also my vine is yellow in color
- is this normal? I'm in North Carolina & we've had tons of rain & I'm
praying this isn't going to hurt my pumpkin plant. It seems to be
healthy otherwise. And when you bury the vine - how deep is it buried?
Thanks from Bev in NC :-)
P.S. - Hey Tony - my sunflowers are doing pretty well considering all
the rain & lack of sun! And I cut my other pumpkin vine like you
suggested - it was a very upsetting & difficult thing to do but I knew
it had to be done. Keep those poems coming!
