I watched the vineborer moth on  my plant lay a couple eggs too--before
I pulverized her.  She didn't take long to do it, but did curl her
abdomen around to the underside of each vine to deposit the egg.  Those
were the only two eggs I have been able to find.

Interestingly, haven't located any more moths since I sprayed with Sevin
day before yesterday.  However, all of the other insects I have seen
around my vines seem to be there in their usual numbers--so I am
wondering about effectiveness.
