leaf texture and vine color

I've been taking care of 6 plants belonging to a friend of mine, and
noticed that they have somewhat different textures and colors.  One has
thicker, darker leaves, and another has vines with a distinctly yellow
hue... that plant feels more supple to the touch as well.

All six are growing in full sun, in adjacent spots.  Same soil and
watering, so it must be the seed.

Do any of these colors and textures signify better health?
