My first update!

O.K., I decided to update everyone on the seeds I planted about a week or so
ago.
Between the 618 Wallace and the 550 Cramer (in one hill):

618 Wallace is doing pretty good, the first true leaves are big and healthy,
although one leaf has some holes from (I am guessing) striped cucumber
beetles. I hope it doesn't get wilt. (I am seeing a lot of baby striped c.b.
all over this year already), despite being heavily dusted with an all purpose
vegetable dust with stronger amounts of Rotenone and Carbryl. Weird. The
stupid things are getting resistant. I had to take the floating row cover off
since the temperature was getting near 100 degrees.

550 Cramer came up with really curled seed leaves. They are all curled up like
fortune cookies. Freaky. The first true leaves are very small, compared to the
Wallace, too. Oh well, we will see what happens!

627.5 Hester: Uh, well as you know, it got eaten by the stupid
gopher/woodchuck, whatever you want to call it. But Mr. Hester is sending me
another seed! YES!!!! So I still have some hope left. (Although I guess I
really have hope with ANY of these seeds, I just got to grow that Hester)!

The 1006x941 (Brock's seed), planted and hasn't come up yet, but it should any
day (hour) now!

Well, that's it for now!
Oh, hey I have an idea. Wouldn't it be cool if we posted pictures of the
pumpkin plants up on a web page, so everyone can see how each other's pumpkins
are doing? I might do that! Also, it could help diagnose problems others are
having, etc.
Just an idea! Talk to everyone later!
