Hi List....
I have a few holes in my bed (pumpkin that is!) and I was wondering if
anyone had a few seeds they'd like to send or I could send a SASE. I have
about 12 plants up....several from my 193 last year, a 550 from John
Failor, a 444 from John as well... a 697 x 490 from Don Langevin as well as
two plants of unknown genealogy from Don...and one feisty 133 from Rock
Rivard! They are doing well.
I was unable to germinate 1006 x 1061's or the 1061's from P & P. I wrote
and sent a check for speedy air mail and they kindly sent me more seed so
I am trying a second later batch of plants. The second set of P & P seeds
went in on the 9th. I have my ifngers crossed.
It has been terribly dry here in NH. and I've had some difficulty with some
other germinations, but that has, as I said, left some holes in my patch!
Steve is sending some of his 567 Mombert selfed but I still have space for
a few more. If anyone has something interesting they'd like me to try or
just too many seeds to run with, I'd be happy to give them a try!
Regards to all (I've been smiling since the list came back up! My husband
thinks its time for some professional help!)
Kristina
