Mike, It turns out that the seed I've been using for the last 20yrs will
only give 150 lbs for normal growers. Nic Welty grew it with out treatment
and got 150 lbs. It was catalog seed from Dill, nothing special. I would
guess that my plant growing habits are the worst on the list! With
treatment I get 250-300 lbs every yr. I don't soil prep, short solar
day(shade), long on heat, short on water, over feed. I do bury and mulch
the plants. I still get 250-300 lbs with treatments.
