Re: pumpkins in the home garden

Rick, nice to have a new comer on line, stick around and you may learn
something. Yes it's possible to grow 50-200lbers on the limited space
you have. My first year I cut the vine off at 8 feet when I had a fruit
on it, And I managed a 125 lber. Since then I have expanded my grow area
and leave about 1200' per plant. You can also make your vines run up a
trellis to save space. I do this on my pie pumpkins and it works
great.Hope this helps.Pumpkinpiper
