I love the big pumpkin quest, the part I like the most is when I come home
and can measure right in the fast growth stage. The two to three weeks when
the plant, soil, sun and all come together and the pumpkin is acting like a
balloon and you can almost watch it get bigger. The other part I like the
best is on Halloween when my kids and I make a great display on the front
yard and we show off the big orange fruits.
The rest, the final weight, the pumpkin board, the competition are
ancillary. The joy for me personal it is just plain fun growing
Don't give this up over this
