Re: Ontario growers update
randy,
I live in St Catharines Ontario. Planted mine indoors on April29 and in the
garden May8th. I have two plants one is 4 feet long and the other 18 inches
long. I contribute the smaller plant to being older (1996) and the other is
a 1999 seed. I use mini greenhouses and soil heating cables and mini heaters
in the greenhouses. I t was a lot warmer last year and only had a plant one
foot long at this time last year so I am not sure whats going on. The leaves
on the big plant are over 18 inches wide and the secondaries are starting to
run. It looks fantastic right now but who knows. I used a seaweed soil
drench when I first planted them so maybe this helped.
