Here's my take...
As bigpumpkins.com has grown in size and capability, most of the
discussion (the good, the bad, and the ugly) has migrated over there.
This list had it's heyday. But it's a system designed for 1996, not 2006.
You can't even post a photo or attach a spreadsheet to this list.
There were perhaps good reasons for that, at that time. But, where would
we be without photos???
Now there are a lot of good club sites, and individual's sites. Take a
look at gvgo.ca. Wow, that is an excellent site. There is some real content
there.
The bottom line is, this hobby is still very much married to the internet
age. It's just going much more modern. As I write this, I wonder if anyone
is left to read it? Then again, I think we're all still here, as the cost of
being on the list is zilch and it's easier to leave things be than actually
figure out how to unsubscribe.

was a forum for growers to learn from other growers about seeds,
planting, pruning and a lot of other things. It was an actual exchange of
knowledge.
From the posts lately it seems there is very little exchange of helpful
information, just my opinion!
I now question the value of the Mallorn list?
I welcome any and all opinions?
