Broken leaves

Hi there,
Some of my pumpkins have leaves which vines are broken (hopes I'm clear
enough). Should I cut them? If yes, how? Near the the main vine?
What should happens with leaves which are in bad condition (e.g. little
holes at the ends of the leaves. Is it better to cut them?
