Actually: We would like to follow the Example set down by the bigger weigh off's, GPC or WPC,
no difference, we realize that we can do whatever we want but that is not the intent of trying to get
a answer to where the line is drawn , PUMPKIN or SQUASH. This is a hypothetical question to try to
not have a conflict occurs at a weigh off & ruin it all for everyone.
       I think the best saying would be in this case, close the barn door before the horse get's out, not
