I don't think 10 breaths can help when it comes to something I spent every day
for the last 4-5 months on, from 100 degree heat, to freezing cold, hours a
day, tons of money in fertilizer, fungicides, watching it grow, measuring
every day, all the way to when it was just about done. It;s probably the
biggest pumpkin I'll ever grow in my wjhole life, since I don't think there
will be a place to grow any next year. NO ONE has a right to destroy it for
ANY reason.
All I know is that this guy destroyed OUR property. People who destroy other
people's property are the ones that are in trouble. I don;t see it as any
different than if we left our truckl parked in "the way" of his plow, he would
not have any right to run into our truck and get away with it, with no
liability. This pumpkin was worth more to me than anything. You can't even out
a price on it, for me. If he did this, it is only right that he have to pay
for damages. I am sure the law supports that. He cannot get away with
something as cold hearted as this.
