Reconstructing a pumpkin?

Well, I have the pieces of my pumpkin, I still have to get back there and find
any more that might be left. We also found some seeds left, so they aren't all
gone. (It is a second generation self-pollinated 567.5 Mombert).
I figured I could use metal wire, and tanglefoot or something to reconstruct
all of the pieces back together. Does anyone know if this would be the best
way, or do you have any other ideas that might work better? I heard about you
guys using tanglefoot to stick pumpkin pieces back together (that was what it
was, right)? I will probably coat all of the pieces with sulpher too. I need
all the ideas I can get on this.
Thanks!
