   8      ounces        Light Cream Cheese -- softened
   2      tablespoons   Sugar Substitute
   1      teaspoon      Vanilla
   1                    Egg
                        (Pie Layer)
   1 1/2  cups          Pumpkin -- canned
   1      cup           Evaporated Milk
   2                    Eggs
   2      tablespoons   Sugar Substitute
   1 1/2  teaspoons     Pumpkin Pie Spice
   1                    Pie Crust -- unbaked

For the cheese layer, combine cream cheese, sugar substitute, vanilla and 1
egg in a medium sized mixing bowl, using an electric mixer.  Spread in
bottom of unbaked pie shell.  For pie layer, in a large bowl, combine
pumpkin, milk, 2 eggs, sugar substitute and spices, beating to blend
completely. Carefully pour over cheese layer.  Bake at 350 degrees F for 65
to 70 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
