Cold Weather - Advice Needed

I'm planning on loading this vegetable into my truck and driving from
Colorado to the weigh off in Anamosa, Iowa.  I will have to stop over night
along the way in Nebraska.  Over night lows in Nebraska are forecast to be
22 degrees.  How do I keep this pumpkin from freezing when it is parked
outside in my truck?
