This was my first year for pumpkins, i did'nt grow atlantic
giants i just got some seeds from the HOME DEPOT. I just took the
weight of my biggest one(83.5lbs). Now for my problem I want to grow
atlantic giants next spring, I hear they love the heat "but how much?" half of
my growing season is 100F+ is that to much?? How long can a pumpkin stay
on a vine? I could plant in Feb w/ no chance of frost, What should i do?
Where i live it is also very very dry (dry heat!), I had to water(deep) 2 times
per day just to keep the dirt wet. But as long as the patch was wet they
did very well, the vine would grow 6+ inchs per day.
the seeds i used were
some hybird (the package did not give a name)
I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME
OUT!!!
THANKYOU!!!!
