It would be best to wait if you are interested in joining a weigh-off or
two.  If not you can grow them when the climate best suits you.  The
longest i have heard of an AG on the plant is 120-130 days.  Sounds like
you need to do some shading and misting...........So I would highly
reccomend you get the book........"how to grow World Class Pumpkins
II..".by Don Langevin..
