RE: Looking for good genetics

Hi Ray,

Sorry, I didn't mean to offend with my last post. It was probably mostly my
fault that many seeds I've bought never germinated; however, all the pumpkin
seeds did germinate and the deer loved your pumpkins so much they ate right
through the hindeer I sprayed on them! I can vouch for good genetics from
your pumpkins. I got a bad case of powdery mildew this year in my garden from
some Zucchini plants. My pumpkin plant took a hit from it, but it didn't get
the entire plant like I thought it would. It still ended up producing that
200lb pumpkin this year despite the PM and not so great weather. We've had at
least two light frosts and the end of the plant is still growing! I also grew
three nice-size sunflowers from your seed. I wanted to get my hands on a
handful of very good seed for the three of this year which could get pretty
costly. I usually buy 2-4 pumpkin seeds every year, but this next season I'd
like to grow a whole patch.
