Here are URL's for two free translating services on the www. You
simply enter either the URL or the text that you want translated,
select the TO/FROM languages and click the translate button.

In most cases I find the babelfish site to do a better job of
translating than the tranexp one, it does a miserable job of this page
for example but has been fine on others. 

You have to take into account that the translating is not perfect, a
lot depends on how the original piece was written but you at least are
able to get a better idea of what the article is about.

Hope you find this helpful, I use these services quite a bit. I have
been able to correspond with people who speak a different language and
we both were able to understand each other quite well.
