99 weight charts

I noticed in several posts about the weigh-off results that people were
stating certain pumpkins measured heavy or light by the "99 weight charts"
or words to that effect.  I know that Bob Marcellus tweaks the figures every
year as more measurements come in to make them more accurate.  And I thank
him for the outstanding service he has performed by coming up with the
method of estimating the pumpkins weight.  What I would like to know is if
there is a printable version of the latest weights associated with the
measurements, and where I could find it.
