Re: concave bottom


     Wouldn't this be more surface area on the outside which would result in 
less pumpkin?  It seems to me that this causes there to be more less pumpkin 
and and more space for air.  The only problem is that I really don't know 
what it does for weight or strength.  This is something we should really 
find out.  My opinion is that it is for strengh, not weight.
