On the issue of Halfmoon Bay, they are considered an Independent site
like
Port Elgin and Windsor. Windsor use to be a GPC site then they stepped
out.
The pumpkin weigh off sport would not of been possible if it wasn't for
Ray
Waterman and Howard Dill. The first organized association was WPC, but
due to conflicts, GPC was created. To understand an opinion of the
conflicting issues, it was addressed on a Outside article. To read
