Re: Seeds wanted
Whatever happened to the PVP on AG seeds? Asking for postage is one
thing, but charging for seeds for profit, there in lies the problem..
Only pvp's I know of is Ray Waterman and Howard DIll to sell them
legally. An auction can be done, but must have permission by one of the
two in order to make money for a non profit organization. People can
offer money all day long, but once you accept money for something other
than postage or handling, then isnt this a violation? Ray? What do you
think?
I congradulate you and Andrew, but I think there is legal issues when
it comes to selling the seeds without the patent..
