CAPITAN????

hey all, doing fairly well here in Ohio even though its been getting cold at night lately, getting 13 to 15 pounds a day on my Hubler with 2 pumpkins still on the same plant, just cant get the nerve to cut one
 
here's the question, everyone on here talks about capitan?? or something similar to that for putting on splits and cracks to help stop seeping and ive talked to others in our club about it and noone seems to know what it is or where to get it
I would appreciate any info as to where i could buy or order it or anything similar for those purposes
