Presumptous

As much as I agree with the spirit of giving and like to uphold that
standard. I think that it is presumptous to think that all growers follow
my ethics. I believe that we over step our boundaries when we dictate what
one should do with their pumpkin and with their seeds. This seems purely
his or her decision. I can accept his or her request or reject it upon my
beliefs.

The game has changed as it has grown so much. Via the internet Growers
with hot seed are getting 200-700 seed requests. And at times have heard
how overwhelming it can be. I choose to put a little gift in my request
for refreshments for all their secretaries and envelope stuffers.

Heres a new topic for the ethics commitee. The generosity of growers has
created another monster seed mongers........or request abusers......who
send out multiple seed request and collect more seed than they can ever
plant in 4 lifetimes.

few more cents to add to the pot...................MBrock
