Negotiating for real estate is a dead give away you are hooked !
Not bad considering all the problem you have encountered. Start saving your
pennies. There will lots of "wants" on your wish list.
Soil amendments, fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, pvc pipe, sprinkler
heads, tarps, shade covers, lumber, spot light for working at night, mosquito
repellent to name a few.
