Subject: California State Fair Great Pumpkin Contest
Ken Mitchell and Justin Chalmers of Elk Grove, CA took first place in the
Great Pumpkin Contest at the California State Fair. Justin, a second year
pumpkin grower, placed first in the youth individual category with his 631
lb entry. Ken Mitchell's 569 lb entry helped him bring home first place in
the adult individual category!
Three cheers to the hometown boys!! Look out world even our young ones are
gunnin' for ya!!!
