Again I'll restate. If its at a fair or a weigh off with a predetermined
date with credible witnesses and JUDGES, then its officail. But growers who
want to weigh their pumpkin early because they feel it won't make it and
they go down to the local co-op with a couple of their buddies to witness it
theres no way that is official. As per your comments their just too silly to
comment on. As per the level playing field theres no way you can have that,
climate, weather etc, the only thing we can have equal is a predetermined
date which can vary and at a local fair or weigh off to be Official.
