Can someone please explain what incentive a new grower would have to take anything he or she grew to any weigh-off in light of the things that have occured lately?  There's only one way something as peaceful as growing pumpkins could get this controversial and leave such a bad taste in the mouth of growers like me who just want to make friends, compete, learn and have fun and that is the one thing that ruins everything in life..too much politics.  Congratulations Tom, your labors are reconginzed, even if I am a know-nothing rookie, I appreciate your accomplishment.
