Re: INDIANA STATE RECORD/ Integrity ?

Actually Brad I agree with you.......your my friend and always will be regardless of our different opinion on this matter...(we share a comment view we both know is true ??).......but my point is you saw it clear as a picture and you should have stopped the process from proceeding...I just want you to see that you dropped the ball on the day of the weigh-off..it was your affiliate and with that came a certain responsiblity.....extend Tom an apology for dropping the ball........only Tom knows in his heart whether it was really sound....and to the list my sincere apology.....I just wanted to show where the problem really started...1097 unofficial in my eyes.....wayne

Drew and Wayne,
Are you both willing to say that if the IPGA recognizes this that we are in no way sacrificing our integrity as a group?  This pumpkin was leaking while it was still on the scale.  Don't you think we should at least be concerned about this.  The reason it took us a few days was simple.  The board has not had an easy time with this decision.  We all like Tom but do not want to be seen as a group that will allow a pumpkin not up to standard be called a state record.
Does anyone on this list have a problem with it being a state record?  I am curious.

Brad
