Brad do you real think you can over rule a major decision in sports....some very important contests had clear evidence that the outcome should have been different, but they live with the final ruling..try to make the rules better for the next time.........wayne

          I think you hit the nail on the head.  The IPGA in this case is more like the Big Ten is to football.  The judges (officials) made there ruling on the field.  That ruling still stands by the way.  There are times when the overseer of the event need to take a stand in an effort to maintain fairness to all involved.  We have tried to do that.  Although I know some still do not feel that way.  Maybe we will verify our decision with the NCAA (GPC) to be sure we are in compliance.
