so let me et this straight. The pumpkin was found to be sound at the time of the weighing. Then a week later it was found to not be sound?

Drew and Wayne,
Are you both willing to say that if the IPGA recognizes this that we are in no way sacrificing our integrity as a group? This pumpkin was leaking while it was still on the scale. Don't you think we should at least be concerned about this. The reason it took us a few days was simple. The board has not had an easy time with this decision. We all like Tom but do not want to be seen as a group that will allow a pumpkin not up to standard be called a state record.
Does anyone on this list have a problem with it being a state record? I am curious.
