Depending on your soil test for your sulfate and pH levels I would add
another thought.
For the simplest calcium, I would utilize gypsum, which would also add to
your sulfate.
If you need to increase your pH, then utilize Lime.
I still foliar feed some calcium using the Agro-K products even though my
soil test levels are high.

MG is 223ppm, Ca is 1313ppm, all other trace elements are "high". The
acreage that my field pumpkins are on is high in Ca, 2500ppm. I am starting
over here, thanks!

I prefer liquid gypsum, I used it this season and last month had a tissue
test done, the results showed perfect amount of calcium in the plant, I'm
sold on it, plus it is much easier to apply, no lugging heavy bags of gypsum
from the store to the car, from the car to the patch and then spreading....
But....I would fist see what your other levels are before you start applying
calcium, what is your calcium to magnesium levels? How are all of your
levels, high?..low?

Pelletized Gypsum works good and it is easily applied with a broadcast
spreader or by hand throwing.

I got my yearly soil test results back. I am moving my patch next year and
that sample showed calcium @1313ppm. I have never had to amend my fields
with Ca before. Can someone please let me know an efficient and effective
source to apply?
Thank You!
