OTT Calculator confusion!

O.K., so everyone knows about Duncan's weight estimator....
but what measurement are you actually supposed to put in?! I have been
entering the OTT stem to stem, OTT crosswise, and circumference, all added
together. Is this right?! Or are you only supposed to add the two OTT
measurements together?! When I add all 3 measurements, I get results that are
close to the Dill chart in HTGWCGP, so I THOUGHT I was doing it right, but now
I am not sure!
