Also, don't forget to make sure you get the undersides of the leaves! The
uptake of foliar feed on the undersides of leaves is many many more times
efficient then the top surfaces! I hven't personally tried the sugar, but they
supposedly did a study on it using a radioactive substance mixed in the
fertilizer, and the sugar incresed the uptake of foliar feed. If I had more
plants growing I would try it on half of them to see if it really made a
difference. It probably can't hurt!
