Well, if Fat Boy's demise was the occaision of saving one of your guys,
he did not pass on in vain!
Here is a question - is it worth saving some seeds? I self-polinated the
flower FB developed from. And if so, what is a good way? Right now I
have a plastic bag of unwashed seeds in my fridge.
My number 2 son wanted to help me cut up FB - with an ax! (27 years old
and still acts like that.) But he came by too late. He is all for coming
to the weighoff in Elk Grove with the little 250 pound pumpkin on the
rack on the back of his Jeep.
I guess I'll see you on Oct. 3. That is if the second pumpkin does not
get some major problem.
