African violets

Six months after half burrying an african violet leaf I have a bunch of
tiny plants sticking out of the ground and do not know what to do. Should I
pull out all but one, or leave them alone, or transplant to a larger pot
(they're in a 2" square plastic pot)?

All advice will be appreciated.
