Re: When is rhubarb ripe?

I have leaves on 'food' rhubarb that are on two foot high stocks. Now 
I'm starting to get what appears to be two very large FLOWERS Per 
plant. Is this normal? Does it affect the edibility of the stocks? 
Help me! Have we bolted?!?
