This is an excellent book..  about 200 pages of the very best information
on Latin names and their definitions...  This list can be a learning
experience of propagation, human behavior and, in this case, Latin for
Botany...  If you are really interested in the why and what of Latin, try
"William T. Stearn...  Botanical Latin"  published by David and Charles...
it is not for beginners, however....

But, Please....  use this list as a learning experience in more than one area...
