Dear Anthony: Throw the soggy seed starting mix in your compost pile. Don't feel that you didn't get your money's worth because of the damping off. If you'd also raised your seedlings you still have seedling mix left over after you replanted. The seedling mix has done its job. Let it go. Best, Vicki
