I'd wait until spring, and see if the variegation returns. If it does,
then cut off any non variegated shoots then try to root some, perhaps by
air layering rather than taking a chance by cutting the variegated shoot
off.
Are you aware that male plants of A. kolomitka normally show some
variegation, although it is venerally white/green/pinkish in color. If
your plant has a yellow variegation, it might be something trying to
propagate.
