Oxypetalum caeruleum

Hi folks!  I have some big fat seed pods developing on my Oxypetalum
caeruleum (excuse the poor spelling).  This plant is in the milkweed
family, so I anticipate that the seeds will have that white cottony hair on
them. Can anyone recommend a good way to start the seed?  And when/how to
start them?
