Does anyone know where to look for lists of plants that can't/shouldn't be
sent to the US?  In particular, I'd like to know what's proscribed for
California, since the restrictions here are so much more stringent than for
most other states.  But even general tips like the one Judy sends for
Helianthus would be better than what I know now.
