Lythrum seeds cannot be sent to California, British Columbia, Minnesota,
Montana or Washington.
I find it strange to hear those excuses for excluding people outside UK in a
seed exchange. I have been exchanging seeds with lots and lots of people in
the US, Canada, England, Ireland, France, Sweden, Belgium, Holland, etc.,
there have been no problems for me, and not for the other part eighter as
far as I know. But of course living plants is a completely different matter.
