I'm not clear if you are trying to breed salvia in which case it would seem you would want to exclude bees and hand polinate or just collect a bunch of seed and sow it out to see what you get. You may not be getting seed set either because the clones you have are self sterile, you lack the proper pollenators or because the climate there is such that seed does not have time to ripen. Do the little green seeds have embryo's? Try hand crossing from another clone. Bob
