Listowner: You know, I wasn't going to say anything to you...benifit of the doubt and all that; but this post, combined with an earlier one you sent, has just pushed me too far. To wit: > >Duncan wrote: > > > Please can someone help me I have accidentally deleted the above > > digest without printing it before my husband has seen it. Has anyone > > still got a copy? If so, please could you email a copy to me. > > > > Thanks > > A perfectly reasonable request for assistance from like-minded people who are here to share information and offer help! Now you, Listowner, come back with this very nasty diatribe: > I assume most of you forgotten this. You can review every posting > from this mailing list on this URL: > http://www.mallorn.com/lists/seeds-list > > You can search for any posting or subject by using this URL: > http://www.mallorn.com/lists/seeds-list/search.cgi > > Please try to remember this > > Here is a trick and I will only say this once. Jeezuz..who do you think you are, the Seed Drill Sargeant? Look at you, strutting around decreeing who will send what and what you will and will not allow...insulting us with comments like "I'll only say this once." Don't look now, but the people YOU are SERVING don't lie awake at night worrying about you and your little enterprise. Hard as it might be for you to bear, we have no agenda to remember anything about the operations or personal importance of your little "service". Also, regarding another "nastygram" you posted to us earlier this week, you're completely out of line attempting to lay down parameters for communication. Perhaps they seem foolish to you, but the questions and comments we have between one another matter to us or we wouldn't exchange them. This isn't some sort of test. The reason this or any list exists is to unite people of like-interests for mutual benifit. If it's too much trouble for you to share your majestic and benificent wisdom with us propagation peons, forgive the hell out of us! You may "own" the list and may be responsible for it's functioning, but don't step over the line. What you're offering is useful, but the tone you take is unacceptable. You are here for us, not the reverse. Glen Seibert Fullerton College Horticulture Dept.
