Light for Seedlings

Hi!

I'm going to have to start a lot of flats in the next couple of weeks.
Not having a temp. controlled greenhouse, I'm going to have to do the
starting indoors. I've seen some professional growers using 'closets' that
have flourescents running vertically down the sides and back. Has anyone
seen plans for such a 'closet' or can anyone suggest another way of getting
strong light to a lot of plants in a relatively small space? (I'd love to
hear of an off-the-shelfs-of-WalMart solution!!)

One benefit of these closets is that the flourescents also provide a stable
72degree temp for the flats, which will help in the germ of a v. wide range
of plants.

Thanks

Allan Balliett
