If I remember correctly I don't think Geum needs stratification.
Almost all Penstemons need light for germination and even the ones that don't
can be germinated that way. P. barbatus being a member, I believe, of
Habroanthus, should need stratification. Most Habroanthus Penstemons need
8-12 weeks. Won't hurt anyway.
Most Lychnis do not need stratification unless perhaps Alpine varieties.
