I know this is not propagation related, but sometimes find certain
plants are hard. I have created a homepage for Heronswood Nursery. It is
located on: http://www.eskimo.com/~mcalpin/heron/heron.html The plant
section is long, but in alphabetical order. I will create a an
alphabetical search function in the near future.
For the Alpine house....basically a greenhouse with no heat and a door.
I enjoy going out a seeing what has germinated and antisapate what will
come up next. So far, seeds from England which I have no idea what they
are. I saw the plant, liked it and took some seeds. Nothing has sprouted
yet from the New Zealand bunch....Lewisa's and Primula's are starting to
show... and I need to sow seeds from NARGS (arrived three days ago),
British Columbia RGS and American Primrose Society. I have run out of
room in my Alpine house to store additional seed flats. I thinking of
making another loft to store the seeds.
